REGISTRATION PROCESS:
All Registration is done online and is confirmed once payment is received.
Please include your child’s name and school on the Memo.
Payments options are cash, checks or zelle.

CONDUCT/DISCIPLINE:
In order to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which to teach our classes, students must exhibit appropriate behavior. Children enrolled in chess classes are expected to follow the HISD Code of Conduct. Children who fail to conduct themselves according to this standard will be given a warning and their parents will be notified of their misconduct. Continued misconduct will result in removal from the program.
SAFETY:
Safety is our no.1 priority, and we like to have a safe environment for our students to learn. Please don’t allow your child to come up the elevator at our school by themselves. You will be responsible to pick and drop off your child with us at Chess Masters of Houston.
Return and Refund Policy
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (we will refund a week before session starts).
- We Do NOT refund missed classes (we consider makeup classes). Make up needs to done within the semester you paid for.
- We are very flexible most times with our refund policy.
- The minimum number of students to open a small group class is four. If that number is not met, Chess Masters of Houston reserves the right to cancel the class with a refund.
